Junior School Early Learning Centre
An innovative learning environment incorporating Sophie’s Cottage and the Joigny Centre. It contains carefully planned gardens and external play areas, capturing sunlight with harbour views.

Completed in 2015. A warm, innovating and exciting place which has been designed with a strong focus on the philosophy of Reggio Emilia. The Centre contains open planned, light filled learning spaces with sustainable wood materials.Junior School Reception and Staff Areas
A fabulous modern facility that promotes staff, student and parent wellbeing and enables efficient and effective communication between the School, students, parents and teachers. Transparent offices and meeting spaces, combined with open planning and hot desking enables collaboration between the Head of Junior School, the Stage coordinators and Junior Executive members. The staff area is designed to maximise well – being and provide for collaboration and team work. The glass encased meeting room provides a quiet space, enabling teams to meet for discussions and planning.
Junior School Year 5 & 6 Centre
This area offers these students the chance to be leaders in the Junior School environment. As well as containing classrooms for the two year groups, the amphitheatre can be used for performances or for community gatherings.

Junior School Assembly, Learning Hub & Classrooms
A flexible, modern multi-purpose area for the entire Junior School to gather together. The glass walls provide natural lights and views to the Harbour and the natural environment. Six classrooms are located above.

Café 135
The Café and seating area are designed to provide a contemporary, open, warm and inviting area and an informal meeting space for the KRB community. The Café contains views over the Harbour Terrace and Central courtyard, providing café/bar style seating. It features timber flooring throughout the undercover areas. It is open from 7:00am to 4:30pm.Maureen Tudehope Centre
The Centre contains:- The Edwina Taylor Clark Auditorium. Accommodating over 1000 people, it is used for a variety of sports, assemblies and significant school events

Boarding House
Jackson and Woodward Houses cater for Years 7 to 11 boarders and consist of spacious rooms with two, three and four beds. Many bedrooms contain Sydney Harbour views.The Sister Philomene Tiernan rscj Learning Centre
The Centre contains a collaborative learning space with operable glass walls, enabling the year as a whole to gather together. It also contains break out spaces for small group work. In addition to this, the Centre contains a community area for gathering during break times and includes an office for the Year Co-ordinator to meet with individual students or groups.Chapel
The Chapel was designed by renowned architect, John Horbury Hunt. It was completed in 1900 and is now a heritage-listed building. The Chapel has a rare 1890 Puget Organ which was sent to Sydney from the Sacred Heart Convent in Bordeaux, France in1904. The organ has been restored by French organ builders.Sheldon House
Senior boarders reside in Sheldon House, which has a number of single, double and triple bedrooms. It provides modern and spacious accommodation overlooking Sydney Harbour and an optimal environment for study and relaxation for Year 12 girls.Dining Room
The dining room upgrade, completed in 2015 and containing a buffet servery, gives boarders a variety of dining choices at each meal. The seating provided is conducive to conversation and offers boarders the opportunity to mix with girls from all year groups.
